Can you source obsolete or end-of-life parts?

Yes — it's a specialty. As an independent stocking distributor we actively support obsolete, end-of-life, and last-time-buy components that franchise distribution can no longer supply, drawing on stock and sources outside the authorized channel worldwide.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum order is $100 — waived when you're buying the last remaining inventory of an item. Minimum quantities can vary by device depending on factory packaging (trays, reels, tubes); we'll advise the best quantity breaks when we quote. Beyond that there's no ceiling — a single piece or a hundred thousand.

How do you protect against counterfeit parts?

Every component is inspected on receipt under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Our counterfeit-mitigation lab checks markings, materials, and internal construction against known-good references, and we've been an ERAI member since 1998 and a GIDEP participant — live intelligence on suspect parts and suppliers.

How fast will I get a quote?

We understand that when you call on us, you need a quote — or a fast yes/no on whether we can support you. Submit a requirement through the form (you can attach a BOM) or call 760.724.2800, and expect to hear from us within a couple of hours; our goal is much sooner.

Do you buy excess inventory?

Yes — outright purchase, consignment marketing, or full warehouse-and-market programs, depending on how you want to recover value from surplus stock.

Do you support international customers?

For more than 30 years we've supported OEMs around the world, backed by purchasing offices in eight countries. We ship DHL, UPS, and FedEx, accommodate custom shipping instructions and carriers, and are approved for same-day shipments and deliveries out of Palomar Airport in Carlsbad, with ITAR-aware handling on sensitive requirements.
