Franchise distribution runs into walls — a brand they don't carry, a part that's gone obsolete, a quantity they can't allocate, a region they don't serve. That's exactly where we begin. If the part exists, we can find it: any manufacturer, any quantity, anywhere in the world.

Founded in 1982, RH Electronics is an independent, woman-owned small business — the link between manufacturers, distributors, and the businesses that build the world's hardware. Independence isn't a limitation; it's what sets us free. We aren't bound to a fixed roster of brands, a fixed allocation, or a fixed map.
No authorized-brand list to box you in — we source across the entire market, not just the lines a franchise agreement permits.
We actively support end-of-life, hard-to-find, and last-time-buy parts that franchise distribution can no longer touch.
We reach stock outside the franchise channel — including worldwide overstock — opening sources that aren't on the authorized map.
A single piece or a hundred thousand — we sell what you need, without an allocation gate.
Purchasing offices in eight countries — U.S., Germany, Malaysia, Taiwan, Israel, Dubai, India, and the Philippines — support you across borders and time zones.
That global reach lets us shorten — or eliminate — the long lead times that stall production lines.
Independent enough to find anything.
Disciplined enough to trust.

Distribution flows both directions — we move parts to you, and we move excess off your shelves.
Active, passive, interconnect, and electromechanical parts — plus the obsolete and hard-to-find components the franchise channel can no longer supply.

Distribution is where we start, not where we stop. The same building that inspects and ships your parts can assemble them, kit them, mark them, package them, and document them — so your components arrive line-ready, not just delivered.
Sub-assemblies and light build work completed under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system — one PO instead of three vendors.
Full BOM kits picked, verified, and packaged per work order, so your line opens one box and builds.
Scan a legacy or unobtainable mechanical piece and reproduce it — fast-turn fixtures, housings, and form-fit prototypes.
Covert, machine-readable authentication marks applied to components for traceability that survives the supply chain.
Photo-real renderings of your part or assembly for documentation, marketing, and customer approvals.
CoCs, travelers, spec sheets, and compliance documents printed and packed with the shipment they belong to.
Tape & reel, trays, tubes, dry-pack with desiccant and indicators, nitrogen vacuum sealing — packaged to your spec.
Your branding, your label format, your part numbers — private-label programs that look like they came from your dock.
1D/2D barcode labeling to your receiving spec, so every box scans straight into your system.
A part number isn't a name — it's a specification, encoded. Our team reads them the way they were written: family, speed, temperature grade, package, reliability level, revision. When your exact device is unavailable, we break the number down and find an alternative that meets or beats every spec that matters — and we tell you exactly what's different before you commit.
Rated in MHz or nanoseconds? A faster device is a safe substitution — a -55 (55 ns) part drops into a -70 (70 ns) socket. We move up in speed, never down.
Most devices ship in commercial, industrial, extended, and military temperature ranges. A wider-range part covers a narrower requirement — industrial or military grade satisfies a commercial call-out.
MIL-spec established-reliability levels and screening grades (JAN, JANTX, JANTXV) are upgrade paths, not dead ends — a higher-screened part meets the lower call-out.
Die revisions, second sources, and form-fit-function equivalents — we map them, flag any difference that could matter, and document the substitution for your records.
Alternates aren't a fallback — they're leverage. Every acceptable substitute widens the pool of inventory we can quote from, and that works in your favor. It's common for us to have your exact part on the shelf and a higher-rated version in stock for less — a military-grade device priced below the commercial one happens more often than buyers expect. We quote both; you choose: the exact match, or the upgrade at the lower price.
Your internal part number is the one your system orders against, your dock checks, and your auditors trace. We log customer part numbers alongside the MPN — and whenever yours is on file, every quote, order confirmation, and packing slip references it, cross-linked to the manufacturer's number.
Counterfeit mitigation isn't a checkbox — it's a lab. Our inspection and authentication capabilities let us confirm what we ship — checking markings, materials, and internal construction against known-good references before a part ever leaves the building.
RH Electronics has been an ERAI member since 1998 — among the earliest in the industry. ERAI is the global information-services organization that monitors, investigates, and reports the risks moving through the electronics supply chain, and it operates the world's largest database of suspect-counterfeit and nonconforming parts.
That membership puts live intelligence in front of our buyers and quality team — flagging problematic parts, suppliers, and customers before risk ever reaches your order. It matters most exactly where we work hardest: the obsolete, end-of-life, and hard-to-find parts where counterfeits concentrate.
A specialist distributor of interconnect & passive components, discrete semiconductors, and electro-mechanical devices — and much more.
Yes — it's a specialty. As an independent stocking distributor we actively support obsolete, end-of-life, and last-time-buy components that franchise distribution can no longer supply, drawing on stock and sources outside the authorized channel worldwide.
Our minimum order is $100 — waived when you're buying the last remaining inventory of an item. Minimum quantities can vary by device depending on factory packaging (trays, reels, tubes); we'll advise the best quantity breaks when we quote. Beyond that there's no ceiling — a single piece or a hundred thousand.
Every component is inspected on receipt under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system. Our counterfeit-mitigation lab checks markings, materials, and internal construction against known-good references, and we've been an ERAI member since 1998 and a GIDEP participant — live intelligence on suspect parts and suppliers.
We understand that when you call on us, you need a quote — or a fast yes/no on whether we can support you. Submit a requirement through the form (you can attach a BOM) or call 760.724.2800, and expect to hear from us within a couple of hours; our goal is much sooner.
