Why the Franchise Channel Runs Dry
- Allocation — high-demand parts go on allocation with lead times stretching to 40+ weeks
- End-of-life — the manufacturer discontinued the part and the authorized distributor's stock is gone
- Minimum order quantity & NCNR — you need 200 pieces but the only buy is a full reel, non-cancelable, non-returnable
- Account requirements — the franchise distributor won't open a line or sell the quantity you need
- Regional gaps — the part is stocked in another region but not where you need it, when you need it
How an Independent Fills the Gap
As an independent stocking distributor, we're not limited to one manufacturer's franchise inventory. We source from our own stock and a worldwide network — overstock from other distributors, manufacturer excess, and end-of-life inventory — to find parts the authorized channel can't supply. We can break minimums, supply bridge quantities, and locate obsolete devices that left production years ago. The trade-off the industry worries about — authenticity — is exactly what our quality program is built to answer.
