Service 02 — Excess Inventory Solutions

Idle inventory is capital.
Get it back.

Cancelled programs, engineering changes, generous last-time buys — every operation accumulates excess, and every month it sits, it loses value on two clocks: market price and date-code age. We run three disposition programs so you can choose the trade-off that fits — speed, recovery, or floor space — and we protect your brand while we do it.

The Two Clocks

Why waiting is the expensive option

CLOCK 01

Market value decay

As supply normalizes or a part generation ages, resale prices fall. The premium on a shortage-era part can evaporate in a quarter. Early disposition captures value that simply won't be there later.

CLOCK 02

Condition decay

Date codes age past customer acceptance windows. MSD parts need re-baking. Packaging degrades, reels go stale, and every handling cycle adds risk. Good parts become hard-to-sell parts without anything failing.

MEANWHILE

Carrying cost

Shelf space, insurance, cycle counts, audits — excess consumes warehouse and working capital while it depreciates. The true cost of "we'll deal with it next quarter" compounds quietly.

Three Programs

Pick your trade-off

There is no single right answer — only the right fit for how fast you need cash, how much recovery matters, and whether you need the floor space back today.

Mixed lists are normal. Most stock lists split: some lines worth consigning, some worth selling outright, some worth scrapping honestly. We'll tell you which is which — line by line — rather than forcing one program over the whole list.
The Process

From stock list to settlement

01

Send the list

Part numbers, quantities, date codes if you have them. Any format your system exports.

02

Line-by-line evaluation

We price against live market demand and our own sales history, then recommend a program per line — with expected recovery.

03

Logistics handled

We arrange freight, receive and inspect under our QMS, and list inventory to our worldwide buyer network.

04

Reporting & payment

Outright: immediate payment. Consignment programs: sales reporting and settlements as parts move.

Brand Protection

Your parts carry your name. We act like it.

Send us your stock list. We answer line by line.

Excel, CSV, or whatever your system exports — part numbers and quantities are enough to start. We come back with a program recommendation and what recovery to expect, with no obligation.
